Course availability and restrictions
- Open to: students studying Spanish at Cuidad Universitaria (Mexico City):
- The Spanish language program is offered in 2-six week blocks (with two weeks in between for exams and a break) that span each semester
- The Mexican culture courses run the regular semester length (16 weeks long)
- At the Taxco Campus: the Spanish courses and Mexican culture courses each run for six weeks long
- When selecting courses, ensure that they are available in the semester for which you are applying
Course equivalency Formula
- UNAM units x 0.75 = UBC credits
Transfer credit
The transfer credit process takes approximately 16 weeks following each submission deadline. You should allow sufficient time to meet important deadlines that may affect you (e.g. application for graduation, registration in courses that require prerequisites that you took on exchange, entry to a major/honours program, etc.)
