Course equivalency Formula
- 1 HUJ credit = 1 UBC credit
- For Law: 1 HUJ credit = 1.5 UBC credit
Course load Information
- 20 credits per semester (1 cr of frontal study)
Transfer credit
The transfer credit process takes approximately 16 weeks following each submission deadline. You should allow sufficient time to meet important deadlines that may affect you (e.g. application for graduation, registration in courses that require prerequisites that you took on exchange, entry to a major/honours program, etc.)

Additional note for language of instruction
- Students fluent in Hebrew may take classes taught in that medium
- Students are required to take an Ulpan course preceding their academic studies unless they have a high enough level of Hebrew comprehension (determined by HUJI)
- Term 1 and full year students take “Undergraduate Ulpan” and winter or spring term students take “Winter Ulpan”
- Students pay directly to HUJI for this course
- ARTS 1st credits are awarded upon successful completion of Ulpan
