  • Only COMM (UBCV) students are eligible to apply to this partner university
  • Third year students study in the Bachelor program, Fourth year students study in the Masters program

  • UBC Term 2: Early January to late June

Course availability and restrictions

  • Students will be sent a course registration form where they can find the courses offered to them
  • Students in the Bachelor program may take one course (5 ECTS) outside of the business school in another faculty. Students in the Masters program must take all courses in the business school.

Course load Information

  • Minimum: 15 ECTS
  • Maximum: 30 ECTS

Transfer credit

The transfer credit process takes approximately 16 weeks following each submission deadline. You should allow sufficient time to meet important deadlines that may affect you (e.g. application for graduation, registration in courses that require prerequisites that you took on exchange, entry to a major/honours program, etc.)

Finances and funding

While you’re learning abroad, you remain a UBC student and are eligible for UBC awards, scholarships, and financial assistance.
