- UBC Term 1 (WUR Autumn Term: September - January
- Period 1 (Sept to Oct), Period 2 (Nov to Dec), Period 3 (Jan)
- can study Period 1 and 2 (to earn a maximum of 12 UBC credits) OR Period 1, 2, and 3 (to earn a maximum of 15 UBC credits)
- UBC Term 2 (WUR Spring Term): February - July
- Period 4 (Feb to Mar), Period 5 (Mar to May), Period 6 (May to July)
*Students who study at Wageningen in Term 1 and stay for Period 3 will be unable to return to UBC for Term 2

Course equivalency Formula
- ECTS credits divided by 2 = UBC credits
Course load Information
- 60 ECTS per academic year:
- Period 1, 2, 5, 6- Maximum of 12 ECTS per period
- Period 3 and 4- Maximum of 6 ECTS per period
Transfer credit
The transfer credit process takes approximately 16 weeks following each submission deadline. You should allow sufficient time to meet important deadlines that may affect you (e.g. application for graduation, registration in courses that require prerequisites that you took on exchange, entry to a major/honours program, etc.)

- The Erasmus+ Programme provides funding for student, faculty and staff mobility between institutions in the European Union and their international partners.
- 6 term-based or 3 full-year scholarships provided by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union for an exchange at Wageningen University during the 2025/6 academic year.
- Scholarship Details:
- Monthly grant: 850 Euro/month
- One-off travel grant: 820 Euro
- Additional funding possible based on the factors outlined here: 250 Euro/month
- Students who are matched to Wageningen University will be contacted by Go Global with further details on how to be considered for this award.
- Selection for the top-up funding will be based on the factors outlined in the above link.
