About the program
DIS Summer gives you an opportunity to take academically challenging courses while experiencing life in Copenhagen or Stockholm (or both!) over the summer months. Sessions of study include:
- Session 1 (3-weeks)
- Session 2 (3-weeks)
- Session 3 (3-weeks)
- Architecture and Design Session (6-weeks)
- Furniture Design Session (6-weeks)
Each session has a diverse selection of courses. Students can stay for one session and take one course, or combine sessions and take up to 3 courses. You can even mix and match sessions between DIS Copenhagen and DIS Stockholm in order to experience two Scandinavian capitals in one summer. Depending on the session and course, you may also take part in week-long study tours in different parts of Europe, which are integrated into coursework.
More specific and finalized program details can be found on the partner institution's website. However, you must apply through Go Global to be considered for this program and ensure you follow the appropriate transfer credit process.
