Course availability and restrictions
- Students can take a variety of courses within the Faculty of Arts and Science. Courses taken at the Divinity College may not be available for transfer back to UBC.
- St. Andrews has a suite of Study Abroad Themes for exchange students on the topics of Scotland, Sustainability, Travel and Exploration, Science for Arts Majors, and Unique to St Andrews.
- Some modules in International Relations can be highly sought after, so it can be wise to have alternative options in mind for module selections.

- St. Andrews credits divided by 4 = UBC credits
Transfer credit
The transfer credit process takes approximately 16 weeks following each submission deadline. You should allow sufficient time to meet important deadlines that may affect you (e.g. application for graduation, registration in courses that require prerequisites that you took on exchange, entry to a major/honours program, etc.)
