After your exchange

Outstanding feesPay any outstanding fees (iMED insurance, U-Pass, housing, and any other administrative fees) so there is no financial hold placed on your account. We are unable to process your transcript if you have a hold on your account.
Transcripts

Go Global will send your transcript to your home university about eight weeks after your exchange ends. If your final grade in a course changes after your transcript has been issued, please reach out to Go Global to get an updated version.

If you need your transcript earlier, order it directly from Enrolment Services. (You will need to pay a small fee if you choose to order a transcript directly from Enrolment Services.)

If you need your transcripts as part of an application to graduate school or other programs, order a copy through Enrolment Services

If your university does not have an exchange agreement with UBC and you were here as a Visiting International Student, order your transcript directly from Enrolment Services

Credit transferYour home university determines how the credits you earned at UBC will count towards your degree progression in your program. For any related questions, contact the international exchange advisor and academic advisor at your home university.
